Anchor Windlass
Windlass is a machine used on ships, which can heave up equipment such as a ship's anchor or a fishing trawl. It is designed not only to meet class requirements but also operational needs, which are often seen in off-shore tugs and vessels. The windlass duty ratings are greatly increased to match greater anchoring depths. Windlass controls at remote wheelhouse for out-of-sight operation is optional.
Windlass/ Towing Winch
For harbor tugs and escort duty tugs, we design a small diameter windlass to adapt to a high power winch drum. To meet operational requirements, with built-in automatic rope render-recovery feature, the winch drum is fitted with rope tension and length readout. We recommend to our customers that all towing escort winch should be equipped with an emergency release system.
Windlass/ Mooring Winch
As an option for simple mooring applications, clients can choose remote wheelhouse for out-of-sight operation with length readout and winch controls. Tension control system can also be built into the system, allowing the moored vessel to compensate for draft changes during loading or unloading operations or tidal changes.

Packaging & Shipping:
For deck machinery, such as windlass and mooring winch, we generally shipping by sea, also, if client is very urgent, we could choose by air. We have cooperated with many popular shipping Carriers and Airline, that means we have competitive price and good service ensurement on Sea and Air Cargo.
1. For small mooring winch, we will package by wooden case or pallet, and shipping by LCL.
2. For large mooring winch, we recommend by FCL, generally shipping by 20GP or 40GP if dimenssion is available for container. If some large dimension mooring winch, we will ship by Flat Rack Conatiner, or some other special containers.
Also, if you choose FOB price term, we will arrange transportation to ur assigned warehouse or place.
