QD740H(X)-6、QD940H(X)-6 Link butterfly valve

Purposes and Features: 

1. Mainly suitable for a blast furnace(BF) hot blast stove system (including a preheating furnace), used as cold blast valve, gas shut-off valve, combustion air isolating valve, chimney valve, play an important role in cutting, also can substitute gate valve.

2. Drive Mode: hydraulic transmission, electric drive.

3. Due to its own characteristics, the valve is not relatively glided between sealing pairs in the process of opening and closing, the sealing pairs are free from wear, therefore, the durability and reliability of the sealing can be guaranteed.

4. Welded structure to show the common characteristics of the butterfly valve: small in size, light in weight, convenient to maintain, etc..

Executive Standard 

1.Flange connection dimensions carry out the rules of GB/T9119-2000 PN6. Not less than 2200 mm of caliber is performed according to the provisions in DIN2501PN6.

2. Structure length refers to GB1221-200514 series.

3. Pressure test refers to specification in GB/T13927-2008.
