Functions and Features:

1. Suitable for the pipelines of gas, smoke, air and cold blast in blast furnace hot blast stove system, used for cutting off.

2. Drive Pattern: hydraulic transmission, electric drive, or configured according to customer requirements.

3. Single wedge disc structure with wedge set on valves.

4. Hard metal sealing surface.

5. Main Material: Q235, 16MnR structure or steel casting ZG 230-450, superior alloy steel.

Operative Standard:

1. Flange connection dimensions carry out the rules of GB/T9119-2000 PN6.

2. Structure length is non-standard structure length.

3. Pressure test is according to the rules of GB13927-2008.

Note: Other standards shall be acceptable based on the customer’s requirement and be marked out in order.
